I plan each client’s short, mid and long term exercises in order to see results build. This periodization approach is a safe way to protect from overuse, burnout and boredom. Techniques included in work out sessions may include; Dynamic Stretching, Activations, Foam Rolling, Functional Exercise, Resistance Exercise, Cardio, Yoga, Pilates, Weights, Bosu, TRX, Stability Ball training, Bodyweight exercise.

I require clients to be COVID-19 symptom-free (no fever, cough, loss of smell or taste, or having tested positive for COVID-19) I remain masked while massaging you and sanitize everything that I bring into your space, which includes my professional massage table, bolster, jojoba, and essential oil containers.
