Before I worked with Rachel, I was stuck in a state of inertia. I wasn’t able to get myself to actually work out. I was finding it hard to move and I was afraid I was going to hurt myself because of a prior shoulder injury. I had no upper body strength because I was avoiding any exercise that would cause shoulder pain.
I have been working with Rachel and I find her intuitive, creative and focused. I love that she obviously has a clear plan for my progression and she’s flexible enough to work around my aches and pains.
I know she spends outside time considering unique ways to respond to my present needs and situations. I’m stronger now and feel really good about my balance. I actually have some abs now! I used to feel nauseous when I worked on them in the past. I can see results in my body which makes me very happy.

My professional life involves rarely sitting down and constantly lifting. I run a daycare. There are days where I literally strap a baby to my chest for hours on end and push a stroller to the park filled with littles like I’m a loaded down mule. My hands, arms, neck muscles and back are wrecked more often than not.
I began hiring Rachel for massages. I asked her to focus on these areas of trouble. At the end of her time, I always have returned use of my hands, full range of motion in my neck, and a feeling of openness in my upper chest.

It is almost impossible to keep the proper form of
Movement in an exercise without a professional directing you. You may do an exercise and not get but a small benefit without the proper direction.
