Hi, I’m Rachel — personal trainer, behavior change coach, licensed massage therapist, former professional modern dancer, and lifelong advocate for a little more kindness in the world.
I express my deep belief that how you move, feel, and care for your body matters — and that the right support makes all the difference.
I hold Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Coach certifications through the American Council on Exercise, and I’m continuously expanding my knowledge in areas that directly affect my clients — including exercise and diabetes management, weight loss medications, dynamic balance, the aging spine, and women’s hormonal health. I bring that depth to every program I design.
My background as a licensed massage therapist and professional dancer gives me a dynamic understanding of how the body works — how it moves, where it holds tension, and what it needs to perform and recover well. That knowledge shapes everything I do as a coach.
High performers don’t have time to waste. What I love about working with driven, busy people is watching what happens when their effort is channeled in the right direction. The results aren’t just physical — they show up in energy, focus, sleep and confidence too.
First of all- We’re all aging and changing but part of me has always connected with people in the 50-and-up chapters of life. My parents were that age when they raised me, and I grew up surrounded by people who were vital, experienced, and still very much in motion. I have an understanding of this season of life — its possibilities and its challenges — and I design programs that honor both.
I’m a proud Hoosier and a devoted Kurt Vonnegut fan. I believe fitness, like life, is better with a little humor and a lot of heart. If you’re looking for a coach who will meet you where you are, design something built specifically for you, and genuinely cheer you on — you’re in the right place.
So it goes. Let’s get moving.
